Designed a scalable automotive marketplace platform focused on simplifying complex user journeys and improving product usability.
The Problem
Users struggled to complete ride bookings due to fragmented flows, unclear pricing, and low trust in service reliability. The booking experience felt long and disconnected, creating hesitation at key decision points and reducing overall confidence.
The issue wasn’t lack of options, it was lack of clarity. Users dropped off because the product didn’t guide them effectively through the journey.
The Solution
I redesigned the ride-booking experience as a structured product system, focusing on simplifying user journeys and improving clarity across all touchpoints.
The booking flow was streamlined into clear, guided steps, pricing was made transparent, and visual hierarchy was improved to support faster decision-making. Alongside the user experience, I designed dashboards for admin and drivers to ensure operational efficiency across the platform.
The result was a more cohesive, scalable product experience across all roles.
